Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within location's required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
- Familiarity with menu and food handling practices preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests and handle point of sale transactions accurately and quickly
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to all guests to ensure a welcoming experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions for personalized guest recommendations
- Run food to dining tables efficiently while offering refills and attending to guest needs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and maintain smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operation
