Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within the timeline required by location
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Experience using POS systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality making each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring accuracy and speed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team members to resolve issues and provide smooth service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
