Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- physical ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the menu
- experience in customer service preferred
- experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions efficiently
- deliver outstanding hospitality making guests feel welcomed and valued
- learn the menu and make personalized recommendations
- run food to tables ensuring order accuracy and speed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- work collaboratively with team members and managers to resolve issues
- perform additional duties as assigned
