Job Requirements
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on various shelves
- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by making guests feel welcomed and valued
- Master the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and correctly, offering refills proactively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
