Job Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on various shelves
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality by making guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Master the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables promptly and correctly, offering refills proactively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
