Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's and alcohol server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on various shelf heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and alcohol server certifications as per state and local requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality making each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring accuracy and speed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
