Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler's and alcohol server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on various shelf heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and alcohol server certifications as per state and local requirements
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Deliver outstanding hospitality making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring accuracy and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
