Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certifications must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- Knowledge of menu items and promotions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage point of sale transactions accurately and swiftly
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to make guests feel welcomed and valued
- Master menu knowledge and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly, ensuring order accuracy and anticipating guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
- Collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to resolve issues
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
