Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certifications must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Knowledge of menu items and promotions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and manage point of sale transactions accurately and swiftly
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to make guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Master menu knowledge and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables promptly, ensuring order accuracy and anticipating guest needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to resolve issues
  • Perform additional assigned duties as needed
