Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

- Knowledge of food handler and alcohol server certifications as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders accurately at the point of sale
- Offer personalized menu suggestions based on guests’ preferences and current promotions
- Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and delivered promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
- Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks to enhance guest satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned
