Job Requirements
- must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
- certifications must be obtained by first day or within location timeline
- availability to work flexible schedule
- must be able to lift push pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for items
Job Qualifications
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- greet guests and operate point of sale system efficiently
- deliver outstanding hospitality and make each guest feel welcomed and valued
- learn and maintain knowledge of menu and current promotions to recommend dishes
- run food to tables ensuring accuracy and speed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- perform other duties as assigned
