Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within required timelines
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items at varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Experience in customer service within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • Ability to understand and meet guest needs
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and operate point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Learn the menu and make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables promptly and correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
