Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within required timelines
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
- Experience in customer service within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Ability to understand and meet guest needs
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and operate point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Learn the menu and make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
