- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- 2 years of work experience providing customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- 2 years of experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables, ensuring correct and timely delivery, offer refills on chips and drinks, and look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and the hospitality team to resolve problems and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
