Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Certification(s) for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Two years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Two years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables, ensuring every guest receives their order correctly and quickly
- Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and identify opportunities to exceed guests' expectations
- Ensure all guest-facing areas of the restaurant are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
- Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve problems and provide smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned
