Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and meet guest needs
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
- Experience in customer service within restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic food handling and alcohol service knowledge
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by making guests feel welcomed and valued
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and timely
- Offer refills on chips and drinks proactively
- Keep guest-facing areas clean, neat, and organized
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and hospitality team to resolve issues and ensure excellent service
