Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the required timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Ability to learn and memorize menu details
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn menu items and promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring correct orders and speed of service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and hospitality team to ensure smooth service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
