Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of state and local Food Handler and Alcohol Server certification requirements
- Experience in customer service within restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Experience using POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests and efficiently handle Point of Sale transactions
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn menu items and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables quickly and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and hospitality team to resolve issues and provide smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned
