Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
- must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying shelf heights
Job Qualifications

- preferred 2 years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- preferred 2 years experience using POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- run food to tables, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- proactively offer refills on chips and drinks
- ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, organized, and inviting
- work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and provide smooth service
- perform other duties as assigned
