Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within timeline required by location
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to learn menu and promotions quickly
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with scheduling
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring accuracy and speed, offer refills, and identify opportunities to exceed expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
