Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certifications must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Handler and Alcohol Server certification requirements
- Ability to provide outstanding customer hospitality
- Experience using POS systems preferred
- Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take accurate orders using point-of-sale systems
- Offer menu suggestions and personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
- Run food to tables promptly and ensure accuracy of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and hospitality team to solve issues and ensure smooth service
- Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
