Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year of relevant experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, grasp, talk, hear, and see
  • Regular attendance
  • Ability to use hands and fingers
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds
  • Adherence to dress code policy
  • Ability to arrive on time and be productively engaged during scheduled work hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software (Paylocity, Reynolds) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller to appropriate department or individual or take a thorough message
  • Greet all showroom guests promptly and determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct guest to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and make the proper introduction
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Enter data into computer system and run necessary reports
  • Take payment in the form of cash, credit, and check to be applied to parts and service invoices
  • Responsible for closing procedures, reconciling payments to cashier reports
  • Assist Business Office with scanning and paperwork as needed
  • Receive and log in all incoming express mail packages and distribute to the proper party
  • Safeguard customer and dealer information per established policy
  • Adhere to established dress code policy at all times
  • Ensure appearance of the showroom and work area is always in pristine condition
  • Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before scheduled start time and be productively engaged
  • Exemplify organizational culture and hold others accountable
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
