Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • able to handle cash transactions reliably
  • strong communication capabilities
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
  • availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • drug-free workplace compliance

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers
  • answer incoming calls and inquiries
  • direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions
  • daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts and bank deposits
  • assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
  • attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
  • perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
