Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Six months to one year of related experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, grasp, talk, hear, and see
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to handle cash payments

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Paylocity and Reynolds software preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
  • Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • Good organizational and data entry skills

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Direct callers to appropriate department or individual
  • Greet showroom guests and determine the nature of their visit
  • Direct guests to correct department and notify appropriate personnel
  • Communicate with callers and visitors professionally and efficiently
  • Enter data into computer systems and run reports
  • Take payments and reconcile cashier reports
  • Assist business office with scanning and paperwork
  • Receive, log, and distribute express mail packages
  • Safeguard customer and dealer information
  • Adhere to dress code
  • Maintain showroom and work area cleanliness
  • Arrive on time and be productively engaged
  • Exemplify organizational culture
  • Perform other related duties
