Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge every guest with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Direct guests to desired locations within the dealership
- Process parts and service transactions accurately
- Balance cash, checks, and credit transactions
- Secure all payments, keys, and confidential materials
- Maintain exceptional communication standards with guests and team members
- Provide product knowledge and assist with guest inquiries
