Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to pass background check
ability to pass motor vehicle record (mvr) check
ability to pass drug screening
strong communication skills
punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
strong organizational abilities
proficiency with basic office software
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and team player

Job Duties

greet and assist customers upon arrival
handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
maintain an organized and professional reception area
schedule appointments and manage calendars
support administrative tasks as needed
collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
