Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous experience working a cash register and calculating change
- Must work holidays and holiday weekends as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working a cash register and calculating change
- Skill in effective oral communication to provide clear information and interact professionally with the public in a courteous manner
- Skill in customer service and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals in a high-contact environment
- Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations to process admission fees calculate change and prepare daily cash reports
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and take appropriate action during emergency situations while working under general supervision
- Ability to remain calm professional and composed in high-pressure or urgent scenarios
Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations to ensure a positive customer experience including handling admissions processing payments and providing accurate information to patrons
- Support safe and enjoyable pool use by assisting with rule enforcement and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area including decks restrooms and surrounding spaces to uphold health and safety standards
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to continuous improvement of pool operations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall success and safety of the facility
