Job Requirements

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
may require occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
basic math skills and comfort using a POS system
strong communication skills and a friendly personality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming experience
take food and ice cream orders accurately in person and/or via phone or POS system
answer menu questions and offer recommendations
process payments and handle cash, credit, and digital transactions
issue receipts and ensure accurate change is given
follow proper cash drawer and register procedures
ensure the front counter, dining area, and beverage/condiment stations remain clean and stocked
work with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
assist with packaging take-out or delivery orders
follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
support team members as needed during busy shifts
maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers
