Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age according to Virginia Code § 4.1-307
- Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Very good math and oral communication skills
- Ability to accurately handle large sums of money under pressure
- Ability to interact well with guests and co-workers
- Ability to maintain positive and respectful attitude
- Adhere to uniform and appearance policies
- Arrive on time to work and as scheduled

Job Duties
- Welcomes guests with hospitality and courtesy by meeting, greeting and seating them as they arrive for meals
- Maintains a waiting list
- Operates register to handle cash and charge transactions for restaurant facilities
- Provides consistent quality accounting for all guest checks
- Assists in stocking and maintaining retail space in restaurant
- Balances work at the end of shift
- Performs other duties as required to exceed guests' expectations
- Helps expedite smooth, efficient and timely turnover of dining room tables
