Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly
- Assist guests with take-out orders and coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- Invite guests to return and promote the Buffalo Wild Wings experience
- Support team members in various tasks during busy periods
