Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work as part of a team
- availability to work seasonal schedule including weekends
- ability to follow food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists with catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits at end of shifts
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line and monitors food temperatures
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates product
- stocks pantries maintaining correct par levels
- records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- performs other assigned duties
