Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • availability to work seasonal schedule including weekends
  • ability to follow food safety guidelines
  • no experience required

Job Qualifications

  • ability to operate POS system
  • basic food handling and preparation knowledge preferred
  • effective communication and customer service skills

  • basic math skills for cashier operations

Job Duties

  • Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
  • assists with catering orders
  • performs cashier duties using the POS system
  • performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
  • provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
  • maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits at end of shifts
  • inventories and restocks supplies and food products
  • sets up serving line and monitors food temperatures
  • serves hot and cold items to customers
  • keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates product
  • stocks pantries maintaining correct par levels
  • records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
  • performs other assigned duties
