Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
- availability to work flexible hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts, assist with catering orders
- perform cashier duties using the POS system
- conduct general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage to designated areas
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and make deposits at the end of each shift
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable ranges and notify cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up items for purchase on daily basis
- keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using first in, first out rule
- stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily and record replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit and record refrigerator temperatures daily
- perform other duties as assigned
