Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work part-time schedule
- ability to follow safety protocols
- basic computer skills
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

- ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system
- assist Chef with food preparation
- perform cashier duties accurately
- maintain cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations
- prepare meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provide service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- make deposits at end of shifts
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line and monitor food temperatures
- serve hot and cold food items
- maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products
- record replenished stock and temperatures
- perform other assigned duties
