Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier experience preferred
- ability to work part time approximately 25 hours per week
- availability to work varying day shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for cash handling
- compliance with company safety policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes

Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists the Chef with food preparation
- prepares coffee and maintains coffee and cashier stations
- performs cashier duties including cash handling and deposits
- helps prepare meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs general cleaning duties and trash removal
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line and ensures food temperatures are monitored and recorded
- serves hot and cold food items to customers
- maintains refrigerator stocking and product rotation using first in, first out method
- stocks pantries and records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- performs other duties as assigned
