Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Ability to operate cash register and POS system
- Must maintain cash accuracy and follow cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system for cashiering
- Assist chefs with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- Provide service in cashiering and food line serving
- Maintain cash accuracy and make deposits at end of shifts
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving line and ensure food temperature compliance
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Stock refrigerator and pantry according to par levels
- Record replenishments and temperature logs
- Perform other assigned duties
