Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate POS system
- availability to work part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety guidelines and use required protective equipment
- ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate POS system
- basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Duties
- Operate point of sale system
- assist chef with food preparation
- prepare coffee and maintain coffee station
- perform cashier duties
- maintain cleanliness of stations and general area
- provide service in retail areas including line serving
- inventory and restock supplies
- set up serving line and monitor food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items
- stock and rotate refrigerator and pantry items
- perform general cleaning and trash removal
- follow safety procedures when handling equipment and hot items
- make deposits at shift end
- perform other duties as assigned
