Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists the Chef with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs cashier duties accurately and makes deposits at the end of shifts
- cleans and maintains the coffee and cashier stations and general work areas
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving lines and monitors food temperatures
- serves hot and cold food items to customers
- ensures proper food rotation using first in, first out method
- performs other duties as assigned
