  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to operate Point of Sale system
  • ability to work flexible on call schedule
  • willingness to perform cleaning duties
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Operates Point of Sale system
  • assists the Chef with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
  • performs cashier duties accurately and makes deposits at the end of shifts
  • cleans and maintains the coffee and cashier stations and general work areas
  • inventories and restocks supplies and food products
  • sets up serving lines and monitors food temperatures
  • serves hot and cold food items to customers
  • ensures proper food rotation using first in, first out method
  • performs other duties as assigned
