Job Requirements
- Prior grill cook experience
- Prior cashier experience
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties and food preparation
- Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Ability to perform cleaning and inventory tasks

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Help prepare catering orders
- Perform cashier duties using the POS system
- Perform general cleaning duties
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Maintain cash accuracy with receipts and make end-of-shift deposits
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving line ensuring proper food temperatures
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Set up items for purchase daily
- Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using first in, first out rule
- Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items
- Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
- Perform other assigned duties
