- Previous cash handling experience required
- ability to work full time with flexible hours including weekends
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience
- basic food preparation skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- knowledge of food safety standards including temperature control
- ability to manage inventories and restock supplies
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks
- good organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to follow company safety policies including use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques
Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists in preparing catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers accurately maintaining cash receipts and making deposits at shift end
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable limits
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- sets up items for purchase daily
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates products using FIFO rule
- stocks pantries with correct food par levels daily and records replenished amounts and fridge temperatures
- performs other assigned duties as needed
