Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid ServSafe certification or Food Handler's card preferred
- ability to operate a POS system
- basic math skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to perform cleaning duties
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- must be able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- experience in food service or cashier roles preferred
- valid ServSafe certification or Food Handler's card preferred
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to use POS systems
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work under fast-paced conditions
Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- also helps prepare catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- perform general cleaning duties
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy
- makes deposits at the end of each shift
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using first in, first out rule
- stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
- records replenished amounts on floor stock form
- records refrigerator temperatures daily
- performs other duties as assigned
