Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying
- willingness to work in a fast-paced foodservice environment
- ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- ability to operate Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- Operate the Point of Sale system
- assist the chef as needed
- prepare coffee and other beverages
- maintain cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations
- perform cashier duties accurately including handling cash and making deposits
- help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- assist with catering orders
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provide service in all retail areas including line serving
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line and monitor food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- stock refrigerators and rotate products following FIFO
- record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
