Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to work well in a team
- good physical stamina
- commitment to company policies including drug-free workplace
- ability to comply with food safety regulations
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- help prepare catering orders
- perform cashier duties using POS system
- perform general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and serving
- cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy
- make deposits at end of each shift
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are recorded and within acceptable ranges
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up items for purchase daily
- keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using first-in, first-out rule
- stock pantries with correct par levels daily
- record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
- perform other duties as assigned
