Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks including lifting
- willingness to work full time Monday through Friday with variable hours
- ability to handle cash accurately
- must adhere to drug-free workplace policies
- prior food service experience is an advantage but not required

Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists with catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy and completing deposits
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperatures are recorded and within acceptable ranges
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates products using first in, first out rule
- stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
- records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
- performs other duties as assigned
