Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- ability to use POS system
- availability to work full time Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- operates POS system
- assists the chef
- prepares coffee
- keeps coffee and cashier stations clean
- helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists with catering orders
- performs cashier duties using POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including removing trash
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers maintaining accuracy and makes deposits at shift end
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperature compliance
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- sets up items for purchase daily
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotated using first in, first out rule
- stocks pantries with correct par levels and records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- performs other duties as assigned
