Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system
- assist the chef and prepare coffee
- keep coffee and cashier stations clean
- help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- perform cashier duties using the POS system
- perform general cleaning duties and remove trash
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- maintain cash accuracy and make deposits
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line and monitor food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up items for purchase daily
- keep refrigerator stocked and rotate product using first in, first out rule
- stock pantries with correct par levels and record replenished amounts
- perform other duties as assigned
