Job Requirements
- Prior prep experience required
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with varying hours
- Ability to operate POS system
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures

- Prior banquet experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS system
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Helps prepare catering orders
- Performs cashier duties using the POS system
- Performs general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- Provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Maintains cash accuracy with receipts and makes deposits at the end of shifts
- Inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- Sets up serving line ensuring temperatures are within acceptable ranges
- Serves hot and cold items to customers
- Keeps refrigerator stocked and products rotated using FIFO
- Records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
- Performs other duties as assigned
