Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system
- assist the chef
- prepare coffee
- keep coffee and cashier stations clean
- help prepare meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- assist with catering orders
- perform cashier duties
- perform general cleaning duties
- remove trash and garbage
- provide service in retail areas
- maintain cash accuracy with receipts
- make deposits at end of shift
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line
- monitor and record food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items
- stock refrigerators and rotate product
- replenish pantry items
- record floor stock and refrigerator temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
