Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or cashier role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work full time Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
- effective communication skills
- valid ServSafe certification or Food Handler's card is preferred

Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists chef with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs cashier duties and maintains cash accuracy
- stocks and rotates food products using FIFO method
- sets up serving line and ensures food safety by monitoring temperatures
- performs general cleaning and trash removal
- serves hot and cold items to customers
