Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or cashier role preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must be able to work full time Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
  • effective communication skills
  • valid ServSafe certification or Food Handler's card is preferred

  • experience with Point of Sale system
  • ability to perform cashier duties accurately
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to assist in food preparation
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Operates Point of Sale system
  • assists chef with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
  • performs cashier duties and maintains cash accuracy
  • stocks and rotates food products using FIFO method
  • sets up serving line and ensures food safety by monitoring temperatures
  • performs general cleaning and trash removal
  • serves hot and cold items to customers
