- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior general food service experience
- ability to work full-time including weekends
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety standards and procedures
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assist with catering orders
- perform cashier duties using the POS system
- perform general cleaning duties and remove trash
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- maintain cash accuracy and make deposits at the end of shifts
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving lines, monitor and record food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up daily items for purchase
- keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using FIFO
- stock pantries to correct par levels and record replenishments
- perform other duties as assigned
