Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work scheduled shifts Tuesday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- willing to learn and accept training
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists the chef in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs cashier duties maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits
- provides service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperatures are within acceptable ranges
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- maintains refrigerator stock and rotates products
- stocks pantries with correct par levels daily
- records replenished amounts on floor stock form
- records refrigerator temperatures daily
- performs other duties as assigned
