Job Requirements
- Cashier and customer service experience in foodservice preferred
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
- Ability to perform cleaning and food preparation tasks
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Must comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier and food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Help prepare catering orders
- Perform cashier duties using the POS system
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and making deposits
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Setup serving line, ensure food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Setup items for purchase daily
- Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using first in, first out rule
- Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
- Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
- Perform other duties as assigned
