- Valid Food Handler's card preferred
- ability to work full-time schedules with varying days and hours

Job Qualifications

- experience with POS systems advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists the Chef in food preparation
- prepares coffee and maintains coffee and cashier stations clean
- performs cashier duties using POS system
- helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provides service in all retail areas including line serving and cashiering
- maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line and monitors food temperatures
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates products by first in, first out rule
- stocks pantries to correct par levels
- records replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- performs other duties as assigned
