Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred but willing to train
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform general cleaning and lifting tasks
- basic cash handling skills
- flexibility in work schedule
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists in preparing catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including removing trash
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken and recorded
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates products
- stocks pantries with correct par levels and records replenished amounts
- records refrigerator temperatures daily
- performs other duties as assigned
