Job Duties
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- assists with preparing catering orders
- performs cashier duties using the POS system
- performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashiers according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and making deposits at the end of shifts
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line ensuring food temperatures are within acceptable ranges and records them
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- sets up items for purchase daily
- keeps refrigerator stocked and follows first in, first out rotation
- stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items and records replenished amounts
- records refrigerator temperatures daily
- performs other duties as assigned
